Goals for 2008

  1. to connect each generation to their successive generation
  2. to equip parents and cell members to disciple their succeeding generation

Ongoing Emphasis in Cells & Zones

Make the Book of Life (BOL) a PCC Culture (Doing it Together)

  1. Personal
    intentionally build relationships with people through the BOL
  2. Cell
    1. to make the BOL an active part of cell life with accountability
    2. to make the BOL / evangelism the main focus of the Cell Agenda once in 2 months:
      1. Pray - bi-monthly
      2. Plan - continue with strategizing
      3. Practice - do it
  3. Celebration
    1. Last week of the month

Evangelism

  1. Discover and release evangelists
  2. To make evangelistic tools available to cells and members

Discipleship

  1. Cells - make all cells disciple making communities
  2. Every cell member to be equipped with "Steps to Discipleship" (formerly called sponsor-sponsee training)

Leadership Development

  1. Ministries - to ensure that all who serve are also discipled and mentored
  2. Raise new cell leaders, purpose champions and subzone leaders
  3. Forming subzones and making them functional
